1. Free Initial 45-minute consultation: We offer a complimentary 45-minute meeting on reviewing your business objectives, what data you have or thinking about, and going through the key questions and issues you may have.  

a. We can go as deep or as broad as you want.

b. It’s important to understand what data you have, what data you use, how you use it and what are the top strategic issues you’d like to achieve in the next 12-18 months.

c. This can be free-wheeling or very structured. Let us know what fits your company’s work style.

2. Free one page Vision & Review: Within 7 days of the free consultation, we provide you with a one-page depiction of a vision (free of charge) for your company with data, based on your constraints and risk tolerance, and recommend what role Iridescent Data could fill going forward. This is part of our commitment to understand the unique circumstances of your business — externally and internally.

3. Agreement to proceed: From our conversations, we recommend a plan based on the vision we both agree on.

4. Establish a business arrangement: We are flexible in our business structures. To accelerate growth and ease stress on your organization, Iridescent Data may take various roles and responsibilities. No two businesses are alike, and our business arranges reflect each client’s unique situation. Iridescent Data could be part of your business growth team.
